P.C. (CCP) collects, uses, and protects the information gathered through our website.

does not apply to protected health information and is not part of any HIPAA agreement.

You may usually use our website without providing any personal information about
yourself. If you send us an e-mail, complete an on-line form, subscribe to one of
our on-line publications or newsletters, or register for one of our on-line services,
then naturally we will have your name, e-mail address and potentially other personal
information. We will use information you submit to us only for replying to your
message, sending you the requested material, or providing you the requested service.
We do not share any of your information with any other partners or affiliates of
CCP or with any outside organization. We do not knowingly collect information from

to provide information about site traffic and requested website pages. We use this

and stored by CCP.
